7Nutrition VITARGO® ELECTROLYTES 1022 g. Dietary supplement. Contains sweetener. Vitargo® Electrolytes increases glycogen and water stores in the muscles. It is characterized by high molecular weight and low osmolality. Osmolality refers to the amount of molecules in a solution. The larger the particle size, the lower the osmolality. Potassium helps in the proper functioning of muscles. Magnesium helps to maintain electrolyte balance. It contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Calcium contributes to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism.
INGREDIENTS: VITARGO® (starch); potassium citrate; sodium chloride; magnesium citrate; calcium carbonate; aroma; acidity regulator – citric acid; sweetener – sucralose.
HOW TO PREPARE: Dissolve 1 portion (73 g – 2 scoops) in 200-250 ml of water. After mixing, make up the shaker to a capacity of about 400 ml. The finished drink should be consumed within 8 hours. Do not give in to cooking. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE: Depending on the intensity and duration of physical exertion, it is recommended to consume 1 serving a day. Consume before or during training.
