- contains approx. 30% saturated fatty acids; 53% linoleic acid (omega-6); 25% oleic acid (omega-9); 4% alpha-linoleic acid (omega-3); vitamin E (tocopherols); vitamin A (carotenoids), biotin and trace elements;
- the most important ingredient – thymoquinone: a component of the essential oil of black cumin seeds, thanks to which the oil has an anti-inflammatory effect;
- for centuries it has been recognized as a health-promoting preparation;
- It is perfect for skin ailments (e.g. dandruff, atopic dermatitis, acne), stomach (stomach ulcers) or respiratory ailments (allergies, asthma)
- used in aromatherapy, it calms down, alleviates the effects of stress and supports the elimination of sleep disorders;
- thanks to the content of thymoquinone – it has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and protective properties;
- effectively lowers cholesterol and blood sugar levels;
- in cosmetics, when used externally, it protects the skin from burns and soothes irritations;

Storage conditions: store in a dry, cool and dark place at a temperature of 5-10 degrees. Sediment may appear at the bottom of the bottle – this is a natural process and does not adversely affect the quality of the product.
